3.30-4.30pm    ‘Body Art: Societal Assumptions and Repression’, ‘Our Bodies, Our Pleasure’, ‘Fire making’

4.45-5.45pm    ‘BDSM and feminism’, ‘Why Women Travel – Abortion Rights in Ireland’,’Stop and Search’

6-7pm              ‘Body Hair’, ‘Exploring Complicated Relationships with Food, Eating and Weight’ and ‘Menstruation workshop’

7-8pm               Vegan food!! yum yum…

8-9pm              Open Mic session – open to all genders on the theme of bodies/feminism, come and play!

9-10:30pm        Music from Ill, Wangari, and Nu,Pogodi!

 

As before we also have a creche, freeshop (please bring & take stuff!), and new additions are art installations (some in tents!), and circus skills. There will be a meal at 7pm but there wont be lunch, so please bring vegan snacks/cakes to share and keep everyone going till dinner time (recipes to inspire you here).

 

A few practicalities for Sunday 21st April (more here)

Creche will be 1pm – 6pm, for age 2 / walking age upwards, no upper age limit.

Access – Please get in touch before the festival to discuss any access needs you may have. We will try our best to accommodate but please note there are access issues for at least one of the workshop spaces, as well as the downstairs bathroom.

Where – Slade Hall, Slade Lane, M13 0GW, click here for directions and transport info.

Bikes – No bikes inside nor in the back garden please! This is due to accessibility and practicalities.(Back on Stockport Rd might be safest…)

Dogs – Unfortunately we can’t accept dogs (except guide dogs).

Smoking – No smoking inside please!
