This year the Manchester & Salford Anarchist Bookfair 2011 took place at a new venue: People’s History Museum

The People’s History Museum was a bigger, brighter and more accessible venue than previous years.
The Museum is on the left bank of the River Irwell, in Manchester city centre.

- Rail station – Salford Central (2 mins walk)
- Metrolink station – St Peter’s Square (10 mins walk)
- Bus stop (1, 8, 12, 26, 27, 31, 32, 36, 37, 71, 73, X34) – Bridge Street (2 mins walk)
- Metroshuttle stop – Bridge Street (no 1) and Gartside Street (no 3) (2 mins walk)
- Car park – Bridge Street/King Street West/New Bailey Street/New Quay Street (2-5 mins walk)
- Parking for disabled drivers in car parks – Blue Badge holders can park free of charge in all NCP Manchester pay and display surface car parks when a valid Blue Badge is displayed in the vehicle
- On-street parking for disabled drivers – St Mary’s Street, off Deansgate, side of Kendals (5 bays)
- Coaches – Drop off only outside the museum, opposite the main entrance on Left Bank
